Prompt iteration, branded magic links, and nested webhooks

This week's release focuses on making document processing faster, and importing and exporting easier.

Product

This week we shipped improvements across three areas: getting data in faster, reshaping it more flexibly, and exporting it in the format your systems expect.

Faster, smarter document processing

PDFs and unstructured files now parse in the background at upload time, so extraction is ready the moment you open the dialog. You can also iterate on your extraction prompt without re-uploading, and default prompts are now tailored to your template columns instead of the raw file contents.

More powerful data reshaping and export

Pivot rows into multiple columns at once, and use the new "Keep all rows as list" option in Flatten transforms to preserve every value instead of losing data. Webhook exports now support nested payloads — for example, an Order with its Line Items and Shipments grouped in one payload — and circular relationships between sheets no longer block the entire export.

Branded magic links with bulk upload

You can now customize your magic link portal with your own logo and brand color, giving your customers a seamless onboarding experience. We also added a terms and data policy consent step — so you, your customer, and Vern are all aligned — plus bulk upload so your customer and upload and go.

  • Re-uploading the same file in the same session no longer gets stuck

  • Column mapping dialog no longer overlaps when split columns are involved

  • "Last Updated" column no longer displays misleading red styling

  • History logs now display combine calculations correctly
